1.Early wear stage
① In the manufacturing process, there is a certain micro unevenness on the metal surface of the part, and there will be a shape error in the shaft hole.
② In the initial working period of the hydraulic motor, relatively high-speed movement between parts will cause slight wear between the friction pairs. At this time, the parts are in the initial wear stage.
2. Normal wear stage
After a period of running-in time, new roughnesses with higher accuracy levels are generated between the friction pairs, the initial wear rate of the machine is slowed down, and a relatively long period of stable use is entered.
3. Abnormal wear stage
Metal materials reach the rated life of the fatigue cycle, and a fatigue layer will be generated on the metal surface. The fatigue layer will cause the metal surface layer to fall off in a high temperature and high pressure state. Therefore, the wear will be accelerated rapidly, and the part will eventually fail.
The length of the three phases of the hydraulic motor depends mainly on the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil used. In addition, another decisive factor affecting the life of hydraulic motors is the life of motor bearings.
1. When the motor rotates under load, there will be many peeling metal particles in the working chamber because it cannot be discharged out of the casing and accumulate in the body. The deposited metal particles are mixed with the hydraulic oil and rotate in the casing with the rotation of the motor shaft and cylinder. Flow drift, which will cause increased wear on the motor bearings.
2. When the bearing wears to a certain extent, the clearance increases and the slewing accuracy decreases. When the relative movement accuracy of the cylinder body and the distribution plate cannot be guaranteed, the static pressure balance between the friction pairs of the motor will be destroyed, which will accelerate the wear.
